The Council of Europe has launched a Call for Tenders for BiH

The Council of Europe has launched a Call for Tenders (Facilitators and Experts) for the provision of consultancy services on the inclusion of Roma at a local and regional level within the framework of the ROMACTED Programme on “Promoting good governance and Roma empowerment at a local level”.

Please find below the link per specific beneficiary to apply to the Call for Tenders for the provision of consultancy services. The call is opened for following states: Albania, BiH, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Turkey

The facilitators and experts will assist in the implementation of the ROMACTED methodology, with the ultimate goal of empowering the Roma communities, building up political will and understanding of Roma inclusion at local level and assisting local authorities to provide better responses to the needs of the Roma population. Please note that Tender files must be sent to the Council of Europe both electronically and in paper hardcopy. The deadline for the submission of tenders is 03 September 2018 (23:59 CET), as evidenced by the postmark, or by the receipt of delivery provided by the dispatching company.
