The President of Slovakia spoke with the Sarajevo Mayor

The Mayor of Sarajevo, Benjamina Karić, hosted on Thursday the President of Slovakia, Zuzana Čaputova, in the City Hall.

As announced by the City of Sarajevo, Karić stated that this visit is a confirmation of good and friendly relations between the two countries, as well as strong support for Bosnia and Herzegovina on its European path.

They discussed potential partnerships between Sarajevo and Bratislava, strengthening cooperation in various areas. After the conversation, Karić and Čaputova walked around Baščaršija.

Today, the President of Slovakia spoke with the members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, while the Slovak Minister of Defense Robert Kalinak spoke with BiH. Minister of Defense Zukan Helez.

Čaputova and Kalinak had a meeting with EUFOR commander Helmut Habermayer and on that occasion they visited the Slovak contingent in EUFOR.
