The President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (NARS), Nenad Stevandic, said that this year’s work of the parliament will be structured “to respond to challenges aimed at endangering the constitutional order, property, and territorial integrity of RS.”

Presenting to the deputies the Draft Work Program of the NARS for this year, Stevandic emphasized that the cooperation of the NARS with foreign parliaments will continue.

“I am glad I received the invitation to attend the commemoration of Victory Day over fascism in Moscow,” said Stevandic.

The Draft Work Program of the NARS for this year includes the consideration of 77 legislative acts and 39 thematic items.

Stevandic pointed out that this year as well, this institution can be expected to be more efficient than others in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and the region.

“I regret that none of the caucuses proposed acts for consideration by the NARS this year, which means that materials from the Government of RS will be considered,” said Stevandic.
