The 20th Sarajevo Film Festival opened tonight with ceremonies at the National Theatre, HT Eronet Open Air Cinema and Meeting Point Cinema!
Bosnian-Herzegovinian actor Adnan Hasković hosted the ceremony at the National Theatre that was attended by many guests of the Festival, individuals from the public and cultural life in BiH and the region, and previous recipients of the Honorary Heart of Sarajevo.
The Festival began with screenings of Bridges Of Sarajevo at the National Theatre, Amores Perros at the HT Eronet Open Air Cinema and Of Horses and Men at Meeting Point Cinema.
In the upcoming days, the twentieth edition of the Sarajevo Film Festival will offer a large number of films and related events. Nine films in competition for the Heart of Sarajevo 2014—including three world premieres, one international premiere and five regional premieres—will be screened as part of the Competition Programme – Features.
