Our capital city Sarajevo, during the Sarajevo Film Festival, will be a place of great fun and a rich nightlife again this year. Besides concerts at the Youth Center, which is traditionally a great place for fun, there are other top locations where everyone will be able to enjoy in the period from August 11 to 18.
On the eve of the Sarajevo Film Festival, Mahmut Orhan with Indie Dance / Nu disco and Deep House will warm up the atmosphere in the capital of BiH. This Turkish DJ, one of the biggest attractions in 2017, will arrive to Sarajevo for the first time after performances at the world’s biggest festivals.
From August 11 to 17, the Sarajevo After Film will be held in the amphitheater of the Youth Center, and following bands will perform: Letu Stuke, Skroz, Elemental, Bad Copy, Zoster, Mostar Sevdah Reunion, Martin Kremser, Hibrid, Sijah and Kolenda, Gift, Disko Gripa vs. Dzemo Brown, Tilawa Project, Weedran, DaMzaH, Insani u Membrani and Starbridge.
Summer Lounge Bar
At the pletau of Skenderija in the Summer Lounge Bar, the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere by the best DJs and bands from the region. On the first day of the SFF will perform Miss Kay Dee (Dusana Skrbic) who definitely won for her place in the DJ world and proved to be one of the very best.
Somersby Bridge
On Saturday, August 12, one of the most successful and influential Balkan rappers Frenkie with Kontra & Indigo will perform. After that, the audience will be able to enjoy with Sister Soul & The Blaxperts and The Babe Barbarella.
Club Underground
The Sarajevo Rock Fest will be held at the Sarajevo Rock & Jazz Club Underground during the SFF, and it will feature Exclusion Zone, ProRocks, Helem Nejse, Convoy, Pochko and New Primitives and Futavci. Sarajevo Rock Fest will have the competition part of the program for the first time ever and it will take place from August 14 to 16.
Monument
The Monument Music Festival will take place at the Monument Club and it will feature: Fikusi & PNA, Sunday Stories, Merita & Hector, Drumelody & Guests, Prorocks, Balkaneros & Lidija Kordic, Anchy & the Moondogs, Dunja Fazlic & Lokomotiva and Helem Nejse.
S One Sky Bar Sarajevo
This year again will be organized the event “Sky is the limit” on the roof of the hotel Courtyard by Marriott Sarajevo It will start on August 11, with DJ Jasmin, and it will finish on August 18, with the After Affair duo.
Kutcha
In the concept store “Kutch”, in the period from August 11 to 13, will be organized the Brew at which will be presented craft brewers, and DJ Hator will be in charge for a good atmosphere on August 13.
