Professional Team of European Football Leading House – UEFA will come on a working visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) in March next year, where the relevant Football Association (FA) of BiH representatives will review the condition of infrastructure at the stadiums of the Premier league of BiH.
This visit is in line with the agreed conclusions during the visit of UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin to the FA of BiH and BiH.
It is planned that the UEFA professional team, along with FA of BiH experts, will not only establish the condition of infrastructure in stadiums of the Premier League clubs, but also estimate which of these stadiums could be on the potentially prospective list for third and fourth category improvement by UEFA regulations for stadium infrastructure.
The analysis will include, besides the existing stadiums and eventual location predicted by the regulatory plans for the design and construction of new modern stadiums.
Requests for the preparation and presentation of appropriate plans, projects and readiness for funding will be sent to clubs and local communities in whose jurisdiction are the stadiums which are set for the review or locations specified in the regulatory plans, and later the date of the visit will be determined.
“Only after a realistic and comprehensive analysis of UEFA and FA of BiH it will be able to start drafting of projects for assistance in improvement of the infrastructure, especially those stadiums and locations that are found to have the potential and prospects for improving infrastructure and the readiness of the local community and other levels of authority to be carriers of financing and realization of projects, “ it was announced by the FA of BiH.
