13334590_1193986083985679_27273053_oUrgent session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, for which only one item on the agenda is proposed – Information by the Council of Ministers of BiH on the Decision on adoption of the Unique program of processing results of the population and housing census in BiH in 2013, reached by the Director of the Agency for Statistics o BiH Velimir Jukić – is scheduled for today.

At the last session of the House of Representatives of the state parliament held on May 24, Chairman of the Caucus of delegates of SNSD Staša Košarac suggested that this information is considered during that session. However, after the discussion, he proposed to request its delivery from the Council of Ministers of BiH by next session.

The proposal for requesting the delivery of the mentioned information by the Council of Ministers of BiH was not supported then, so delegates of SNSD requested an urgent session of the House.

Director of EUROSTAT and Chairman of the International Monitoring Operation on the Population and Housing Census in BiH Pieter Everaers stated last week in Sarajevo that methodology for data processing, including the determining of the status of resident population defined by the Central Census Bureau in BiH, is in accordance with recommendations by IMO.
