USC Assembly adopted a budget for 2017 in the amount of 218.9 million BAM

una sana cantonAfter a day of meetings, the Assembly of the Una-Sana Canton adopted by the cantonal budget for 2017 in the amount of 218.9 million BAM.

With 21 votes for and under pressure from almost all the unions of the budget, accompanied with the deadline for temporary financing of the Canton, the Assembly of the Una-Sana Canton adopted the cantonal budget for 2016.

Numerous amendments have been made on the original proposed budget and some have been accepted.

“There were a lot of amendments where lawmakers sought to support local communities, we accepted some of them, while some we did not accept, simply because they were not conductive,” said Husein Rosic, the Prime Minister USC.

For the budget 10 deputies from the SDA, 3 from SBB, 3 from SDP, 3 from DF and 2 from the Labor Party voted, while the following MP’s voted against the budget: 7 representative from A-SDA, 1 from SDP and 1 from DNZ. Although the ratio of the position and the opposition so far been 15:15, last night it was 21: 9, and it remains to be seen will it remain the same in the future.
