What is the average monthly Net Salary in Bosnia?

The average monthly net salary paid per employee in Bosnia and Herzegovina in November last year amounted to 1,175 BAM and was nominally higher by 14.9 percent compared to November 2021, and was nominally higher by 12.8 percent compared to December 2021.

In the business activity of providing accommodation, and preparing and serving food, the average net salary paid in November last year was 755 BAM, in construction 849 BAM, in wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles it was 902 BAM, according to the data of the BiH Statistics Agency.

In the production and supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning, the average net salary paid in November was 1,692 BAM, in financial and insurance activities 1,671 BAM, and in information and communications 1,661 BAM.

The average monthly gross salary per employee in BiH for November last year was 1,807 BAM, which shows a nominal growth of 12.6 percent compared to December 2021, and was nominally higher by 14.5 percent compared to November 2021.

In FBiH in November 2022, the average net salary was 1,161 BAM, and the gross salary was 1,800 BAM.

The average net salary in RS in November 2022 was 1,211 BAM, and the average monthly gross salary was 1,835 BAM, Fena reports.
