Winter Season on Bjelašnica and Igman From 15 December

bjelasnica_sezonaWinter  tourist season will officially open on 15 December on Igman and Bjelašnica, announced the Minister of Economy of Canton Sarajevo Emir Hrenovica.

The special program that will mark the opening of the winter season will be held at the square in front of hotel “Maršal”, and the program will start at 11:00. The Ministry of Economy of canton Sarajevo, ZOI’84 and Tourist Community of Canton Sarajevo are the organizers of this event.

“This season the program will be enriched by a chocolate festival “Čoko fest” with a variety of performances and games, as well as small fairs of organic productions and handicrafts at the square in front of the hotel”, announced the Minister of Economy of Canton Sarajevo Emir Hrenovica.

He stressed that the aim is for a large number of citizens from the Canton, B&H, but also from  neighboring countries would come at the opening.

Tourists Community, in cooperation with Hotel “Maršal”, have planned free rides to Bjelašnica for kids and 1000 portions of beans and teas on the day of the season opening.
