Wizz Air announces Four New Connnections from Sarajevo Airport

Wizz Air has announced a flight plan for the summer of 2022 and with three airports in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Wizz will provide flights at affordable prices and connect our country with four European countries – Germany, the Netherlands, France and Sweden.

”Despite challenging times for all of us, Wizz is already planning how to work in the time after the pandemic. We believe in a better tomorrow and with modesty and gratitude we look forward to the coming better time. Therefore, we encourage you to move forward and explore our ever-growing network as Wizz remains resilient, as evidenced by this announcement,” the company said in a statement.

This year, Wizz Air announced the opening of a new base in Sarajevo, as well as flights from Banja Luka. This expansion of the flight network aims to support the BiH economy, as well as connecting its cities with long-awaited destinations.

”To ensure safe and worry-free travel for passengers and crew, Wizz Air has introduced enhanced hygiene measures to support physical distance during boarding and greater cleanliness on flights. As part of these measures, passengers should check in, make all purchases and payments online to keep physical contact at the airport to a minimum. Passengers are kindly asked to adhere to the new rules of physical distance during boarding and disembarking from the plans,” said the company Wizz Air.

The effective ventilation system in Wizz planes completely changes the cabin air 20 times in one hour. Although HEPA filters in all Wizz Air aircraft filter out 99.97% of viruses and bacteria in the aircraft’s air, crew and passengers must wear masks throughout the flight. To travel worry-free, Wizz Air encourages all passengers to use the Wizz Flex option.

By adding this service to the reservation, passengers can be sure that, if circumstances change or if they simply want to travel to another date or destination, they will be able to cancel the flight up to 3 hours before departure free of charge and that 100 percent of the original price.
