Works on the Roundabout in Buca Potok to be finalized soon?

worksThe Municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo managed to solve the property issues at the entrance to Tuzlanska Street, thus conditions for the works on the extension of the entrance to the street were created. By performing these works, workers of the construction company Euro-Asfalt are finalizing the construction of the roundabout in Buca Potok.

Residents of Tuzlanska Street requested through a petition to extend the entrance, due to the problem of unsafe entry and exit from the street, which is directly connected to the access road, and which was built within the work on the roundabout.

Although the extension of the entrance to the street was provided by the project, the realization of the above mentioned could not take place due to the fact that the land owners demanded unrealistically high compensation for land. However, at the insistence of the Municipality, as well as citizens, they agreed with the payment of the real price of land, and the competent Court will decide on a possible higher or lower amount in future, in separate proceedings.

With the purchase of land for the purposes of expansion of the entrance to mentioned street, the last obstacle for complete construction of second roundabout in Buca Potok was solved.
