Sarajevo City HallAfter yesterday’s meeting, attended by numerous officials from BiH, it was clearly stated that BiH will request a review of the judgment of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) lawsuit against Serbia and Montenegro. This news was presented in some of the world’s most respected media.

The BBC states that the deadline for application for review expires on February 26th, because ten years ago Serbia was exempted of genocide charges.

They added that due to the revision of the judgment, political crisis can be expected, and that officials from the RS are threatening to block the state institutions.

The Guardian writes that 22 years after the war BiH is still deeply divided country, especially along the ethnic lines.

“BiH leaders accuse the official Belgrade that it designed and carried out the genocide during nineties in BiH, and the murdered more than 100,000 Bosniaks”, is written in Guardian.

Reuters states that Serbia was exempted of genocide charges but was then pointed out that Serbia has done nothing to prevent the genocide.
