Talking about the prospects of BiH in 2013 year head of the Office of Council of Europe in BiH Mary Ann Hannessey said to FENA that the next year will be the key year of the integration of European values, true implementation of the reform of the Constitution and the Electoral law, strengthening the independence and effectiveness of the judiciary, and further strengthening and promotion of individual human rights, in order to ensure that the cooperation with authorities, political parties and civil society – 2014.
According to Hannessey, positive events in this year are the demonstration of possibilities and power of civil society, that showed that it can develop and responsibly, consistently and clearly present ideas for the development of BiH society, and also to critically observe the performance of public officials and authorities.
