The procedure of obtaining urban planning approval is finished, location is determined, and the construction permit is in the process of preparation. Conceptual and main project were prepared by “Aksa” from Zenica, led by the Director Zvjezdan Turkic, and the Service for Spatial Planning of the city of Zenica.

“This will be a center for re-socialization, rehabilitation and for meeting the needs of persons with difficulties, which does not exist in our region. The capacity of the center would be 40 users at the beginning, given that the number could increase depending on services and the needs of persons with disabilities. This center, among other things, will have salt rooms, sensory rooms, music rooms, swimming pools, physiotherapy, several workshops and other services that will certainly serve our users well,” as announced from the Association.

According to the leadership of the Association “Dlan”, the beginning of the construction of the center is planned for the spring of this year, if all required conditions are met and if they obtain the necessary funds for start of the construction.
