The Foreign Trade Commerce of BIH (CTKBiH), in partnership with USAID Sida FARMA project and the Tuzla Cantonal Chamber of Commerce, is organizing a joint participation of BiH companies at the 18th international GAST fair that will be held from 6-10 March in Split, Croatia. According to CTKBiH, producers of furniture from wood, upholstery and metal furniture are able to apply, as well as those in the hotel and hospitality industry. They should have experience in the export business and possess the necessary certificates.

The booth representing BiH, which will be around 250 m2, will present 10 BiH companies that meet the required criteria.

VTKBiH, FIRMA project and the Tuzla Canton Chamber of Commerce will fund most of the cost of the space rental, a large part of the necessary costs of the event and costs of the joint stand and promotional activities.

GAST fair is a key event for manufacterus and retailers of food, drink, hotel and restaurant equipment to meet. It is known in the business sector as a place of contracting logistics for the tourist season.

This is the most important fair of its kind in Croatia. The manifestation records a steady level of growth in the exhibition area, number of participants and visitors and number of contracts. It is the only fair in Croatia that for 17 years marks a constant growth of all economic indicators.

The former joint participation of BiH firms has achieved positive results so far.
