Today, a hearing will be held in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the suspended president of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ranko Debevac, and the former head of the Intelligence and Security Agency, Osman Mehmedagić, it was announced on the website of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The hearing is scheduled for 15:00, and the judge in this case is Mirsad Strika.

They were arrested two months ago, and since then they have been in custody for a series of crimes they are charged with, from abuse of position, destruction of evidence of illegal wiretapping, false representation, accepting bribes.

At yesterday’s hearing for the extension of detention, the Prosecution’s information was presented that Debevec falsely presented himself as an agent of the Intelligence and Security Agency /OBA/, which was made possible by former director Mehmedagić.

Details from the Court about receiving gifts from fugitives and suspects against whom legal proceedings were conducted in the Court, up to the meeting with convicted murderer Đorđe Ždral, are also shocking.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that major investigations are yet to follow and that the hearing of witnesses from the OBA, as well as the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will reveal numerous irregularities in the work of Debevac and Mehmedagić, who will only get a clearer picture of how this duo managed judicial processes in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the coming period. and in return made enormous financial gains.

They are charged with abuse of position, destruction of evidence of illegal wiretapping, false representation and accepting bribes.

Debevec and Mehmedagić were arrested on December 19 last year.
