Amel Tuka wins in Athletic Meeting

amelThe BiH athlete Amel Tuka won the first place at the Athletic Meeting “Zenica 2016” with the time of 1:48:59.

Tuka was on the domestic track yesterday, which was not in the best shape due to rain which was falling. However, Tuka had a quite good start.

Tuka was the second for the first 400 meters, while in the second lap he increased his tempo and ended the final 200 meters in his recognizable manner – with a great sprint.

Leaving other competitors behind, Tuka ended the 800 meters race on the first place.

Within yesterday’s shot put competition, Hamza Alić achieved the result of 20.57 meters and Mesud Pezer achieved 20.29 meters.

Dejan Mileusnić, the javelin thrower, met the norm for European Championships with the result of 80.11 meters and with a great shape announced the fight for Olympic Games norm.
