Bomb Reports in Sarajevo Airport and Plane were false

After a detailed counter-sabotage inspection, it was determined that the bomb report on the plane on the Memmingen – Sarajevo flight was false, the Sarajevo International Airport confirmed for Klix.ba.

Yesterday, around 5:50 p.m., an alarm procedure was initiated at the Sarajevo airport after one of the passengers received a threatening message about an alleged planted bomb while the plane was flying over Croatia.

After the plane landed at 5:50 p.m., a crisis plan was implemented, and the KDZ team immediately conducted an inspection.

The police reacted quickly and were present at the airport.

Earlier on the same day, the airport received another false email alert about planted explosive devices, which was also confirmed as a false threat after checks.
