After the election results in Serbia, Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željka Cvijanović congratulated the Student List which inflicted a crushing defeat upon Aleksandar Vučić and his SNS party.

“I congratulate the Student List on its victory in the elections, with a wish for Serbia to continue moving towards the path of development and prosperity,” she said.

She congratulated all other political actors and citizens of Serbia on their demonstrated democratic capacity.

“Republika Srpska remains focused on Serbia, with the desire for relations and cooperation to remain at the highest level,” Cvijanović said.

Željka Cvijanović is part of Milorad Dodik’s structures, which showed strong support for Aleksandar Vučić and SNS before these elections.

To recall, Student List won 140 of 250 mandates in the National Assembly of Serbia, while Aleksandar Vučić’s list won 103, according to the final projection by CeSID and Ipsos based on a 96 percent processed sample.
