Sadik Ahmetović prvi.baOn the occasion of the official Decision by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska on the referendum on January 9 as the Day of Republika Srpska, delegate in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Sadik Ahmetović said that Milorad Dodik must know that RS is a part of the state of BiH that he does not have to love, but he must respect its constitution, laws and institutions.

According to Ahmetović, President of RS must accept the truth that Bosniaks are a constituent nation in the RS and that no one will and no one has the right to persecute them without an evidence.

“No one has the right to wade the dignity of Bosniaks and their human rights, or to prohibit them to use their mother language, Bosnian language. Dodik also must accept the fact that genocide in Srebrenica was committed by the Army of RS and he must stop denying the genocide once and for all, and our response will come very soon and it will not be barren,” Ahmetović said.

Ahmetović said that the nation which is persecuted and tortured and whose human rights are violated every day has nothing to lose.

“We call the High Representative in BiH Valentin Inzko to protect us. That is his duty, or else he will bear consequences of the development of events in our country,” Ahmetović concluded.

Ahmetović said that on the occasion of the Decision on the referendum and the Decision by the Constitutional Court of the RS to not protect the vital interest of Bosniaks in the RS a discussion will be opened at the Assembly of the Srebrenica Municipality on the separation from the RS.

The Decision by the National Assembly of RS on the referendum on January 9 as the Day of RS was officially published in the Official Gazette of the RS, which means it officially entered into force.
