Dodik is proud of the Citizens who supported him at the Protests

The President of the Republika Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik commented on the protests that were held on Friday in several places that represent the administrative line between the two entities in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).

In a comment on social networks, Dodik used the opportunity to criticize the opposition and said that they should not look at what he is doing.

“The opposition in the RS speaks about everything except for whether it is okay for a foreigner to come to BiH and impose laws. Is it okay for a foreigner to say that whoever does not respect him should go to prison. They should not look at me, but at other people in the RS. The opposition is persistently silent about it and tells lies that the conclusions of the National Assembly of RS (NARS) are not respected,” said Dodik.

After that, he also commented on the support rallies that were held in Istocno Sarajevo, Lopare, Doboj, and Nevesinje.

“I am proud of all the people who supported me, of all the citizens who showed their strength and will to defend RS at the protests on Friday. I am also proud of my international friends, who cannot understand that a foreigner can come and impose laws and that there is a Court and Prosecutor’s Office of BiH that act on that basis,” concluded Milorad Dodik.

To recall, at the protests in support of Dodik that were held on Friday, in addition to citizens, SNSD political officials were also present. Those gathered carried banners of support for Milorad Dodik, President of Russia Vladimir Putin, as well as the inscription “The border exists”.

Among others, Srdjan Mazalica, Sanja Vulic, Zeljka Cvijanovic, Radovan Kovacevic, Srdjan Amidzic, were also present at several locations where the protests were held.

“And that is injustice and we are fed up with more mistreatment and injustice that we have to live with all this time. We have our ‘hands’ and our voice in the parliament for what we do. The citizens of RS elect their representatives who act within the institutions of the RS, local communities, and at the BiH level. Therefore, they are the ones who choose their representatives, and neither Schmidt nor any ambassador can say that one representative is good and that he fulfills his obligations, while the other does not,” Cvijanovic said during the gathering in Doboj, Klix.ba reports.
