Edin Visca declared the best Player of the Turkish Super League

Edin Visca, Bosnian, was declared the best player of the Turkish Super League in 2018/19 season in the selection of one of the world’s most famous sports media, channel beIN SPORTS.

The choice is supported by the Superliga itself, and Visca, who plays for Turkish Istanbul Basaksehir, celebrates in competition with famous footballers such as Burak Yilmaz, Fernando Musler, Henry Onyekuro, Younes Bellande, Sofhiane Feghouli.

With this award, Visca became the first player from Bosnia and Herzegovina to be declared the season’s footballer in Turkey.

In addition, Visca was awarded the prize for the best midfielder of the season in which he has scored 12 goals with 13 assists, so he certainly deserved the place in the ideal team of the season, Vijesti.ba news portal reports.

Visca is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays for Süper Lig club İstanbul Başakşehir and the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

Visca started his professional career at Budućnost Banovici, before joining Zeljeznicar in 2009. Two years later, he moved to İstanbul Başakşehir.

A former youth international for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Višća made his senior international debut in 2010, earning over 40 caps and scoring 9 goals since. He represented the nation at their first major tournament, the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
