Floods in FB&H: Important Phone Numbers

phoneImportant phone numbers in FB&H via which residents from the flooded areas can call and ask for help:

Federal administration of civil protection: phone number: 033/767-530 i 033/767-560.

Citizens can directly inform FB&H government in cases of robbery or unjustified price raise via phone 033/212-602, which is available 24 hours.

In cases of unrealistic price raise citizens can report to the Federal administration for inspection via phone number 033/226-644, which is available 24 hours, 033/563-360 and 033/563-350, as well as via e-mail address  info@fuzip.gov.ba.

Call center for providing all the information to citizens regarding to assistance for endangered in FB&H:  in Sarajevo 033/276-383, in Mostar 036/355-726 (lines are open from 07:00 to 21:00), and 062/575-656 (from 21:00 to 07:00).

Federal Ministry of displaced Persons and Refugees, regarding the situation resulting due to bad weather conditions in FB&H, established the Crisis Staff for emergency assistance to returnees and vulnerable citizens in areas affected by floods and landslides.

All those who need help are invited to contact on the phone number – 033/ 214-865. Federal Ministry of Displaced Persons and Refugees asks all those who lost houses to call on the above mentioned number.

Veterinary Faculty in Sarajevo, which is a professional service of the Federal Civil Protection Headquarters, established a phone number available 24 hours to give advices in rehabilitation of flood consequences. The phone number available for citizens and crisis teams is : 061/070-737, announced PR office of the FB&H government.
