The Oil Industry (NIS) of Serbia announced a few days ago that it would take over 28 OMV gas stations in BiH, since the competent institutions for protection of competition approved the contract NIS-OMV BiH.
In November of last year, NIS bought 100 percent ownership of the company OMV BiH.
In addition to network stations in BiH, NIS assumed storage products, office in Sarajevo, and 22 employees, announced NIS and added that all gas stations would carry the name Gazprom and NIS Petrol.
