At the 43rd International fair of agriculture and food industry – the Plum Fair in Gradačac, which gathered more than 300 exhibitors from BiH and the region, the domestic dairy Inmer which operates within the company Lactalis BH received the Golden Medal for quality of the product Dukat domestic sour cream for fresh cream cheese.
This is just another award in the series of awards presented to the dairy from Gradačac whose products are made exclusively from milk that comes from the domestic farms.
Quality control of all products in the competition for this prestigious award was executed by expert commission, representatives of the Fair and representatives of the Faculty of Agriculture from Sarajevo. Inmer received the quality award last year as well, for the product Dukat liquid yogurt, stated the company Lactalis BH.
