The Council of Foreign Ministers of the EU will discuss B&H today, in the context of what was said during the visit of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Catherine Ashton, said to Srna Catherine Ashton’s Spokesperson Maja Kocijančič.
According to her, heads of diplomacy of the EU will hold a regular meeting today. A discussion will take place, but there will be no conclusions made or a document.
During her visit to B&H last week, Ashton announced that she would inform heads of diplomacy of the EU on the discussions that she led during her visit to B&H.
‘’In the next weeks I will hold many meetings and discussions on B&H with EU member representatives. However, this is not about how to scale down, but on the desire to help you skip over. In this context, we are considering a broader range engagement to help solve this issue’’, said Ashton in Sarajevo.
She reminded that the EU made tremendous efforts in the past few years to help B&H and that the EU is now considering in what ways it could do more.
