hill3After attending announcement of preliminary results of general elections by the Central Election Commission of BiH, Charge d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in BiH Nicholas M. Hill stated the U.S. Embassy in BiH will definitely encourage BiH leaders and subjects to start working on forming new governments at all levels as soon as possible.

”As you have heard, numbers of votes are very close. I would like to congratulate that elections were held in a good atmosphere and to voters in BiH, who voted yesterday. There was a high turnout,” said Hill.

He did not want to comment on winners of this-year’s elections, because he said the results are still not final.

Speaking about anomalies reported during the election process, he emphasized he still has not had the opportunity to talk to representatives of institutions in charge of those activities.
