For the second year in a row, Real Madrid tops the list of football clubs with the highest revenue, having generated 25.8% more in the 2023/2024 season than the previous year, setting new earnings records by surpassing the one-billion-euro revenue mark for the first time (1.045.5 million euros). From Spain, we move to England, home to the second-highest-earning club – Manchester City, which brought in 837.8 million euros in the 2023/2024 season. The third place belongs to Paris Saint-Germain from France, with a revenue of 805.9 million euros. The top 10 list is dominated by clubs from England and Spain. Excluding Bayern Munich, which ranks fifth in revenue (765.4 million euros), no other German clubs made it into the top 10. Italian clubs placed outside the top ten among the 20 most profitable clubs – Milan ranks 13th, Inter 14th, and Juventus 16th.

The biggest revenue increase of nearly 200 million euros was recorded by Arsenal, which sits in seventh place with 716.5 million euros in revenue. The biggest drop is seen with Juventus, which ranked 11th in revenue the previous season.

Having won both La Liga and the Champions League last season, Deloitte recorded that Real Madrid overtook Manchester City to reclaim the top spot in its Football Money League. The Spanish club also saw an increase in matchday revenue in the 2023/2024 season after the renovation of the Bernabeu Stadium, earning 248 million euros.

The club also recorded a 19% increase in commercial revenue thanks to a new sponsorship deal with HP and increased merchandise sales, bringing in 482 million euros.
