“I have no Knowledge that extremist Groups are behind Minor”

“I have no knowledge that there is an extreme group behind the juvenile who killed the policeman in Bosanska Krupa,” the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Una-Sana Canton, Adnan Habibija, told BHRT.

Habibija said that there should be solid evidence for such claims.

“Because if someone claims that there is such a thing, then they should have solid evidence for it, it would be quite frivolous on my part to excite the public in such a way. Basically, if there is such a thing, surely the investigation will show it, that is, it will lead to those who, in some way, participated in order for this minor to commit such a heinous act.”

It is clear that the USK police carried out all the necessary investigative actions related to this crime that happened, and that the biggest shock is that the perpetrator is a minor.

“What struck us in some way and left us somewhat shocked is that the perpetrator of this criminal act is actually a minor who is less than 15 years old. This surprised and shocked us all, but I still say that the police will take all necessary measures rather under the supervision of the prosecution, carry out all the necessary searches to simply push this case, what would be called, to the end.”

He also emphasized that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Una-Sana Canton was left without one of its members, an honorable, virtuous and honest one, that another was also seriously wounded, but fortunately survived and that is actually the biggest damage of all that happened.

“We all need to ask ourselves when it comes to public narrative and rhetoric, and we politicians and everyone else, that this does not go on like this anymore, because look what happens if a minor, well who could think that a fifteen-year-old child is allowed to enter police station and attack police officers. I said it was actually a scene from American movies, but that’s what’s happening.”

Habibija underlined that an attack on a police officer is an attack on the state and the response of police officers and the state should be fierce against any person who commits the criminal act of assault on officials.
