During tomorrow, September 11, 2024, citizens will be able to notice an increased number of EUFOR vehicles on the roads throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.

These developments are related to the “Rapid Response 24” exercise, an annual major training activity that EUFOR is conducting from August 24 to September 16, 2024.

These transports are carried out for the purpose of transferring the troops from their temporary stationing place at the Butmir base to the locations where the final phase of the exercise will be carried out.

“Citizens will be able to notice the increased number of EUFOR light and heavy armored vehicles participating in the exercise. EUFOR will try to ensure that the activities carried out during this period affect citizens as little as possible,” stated EUFOR.

EUFOR is a strong, capable and reliable partner to the BiH authorities, dedicated to providing assistance in maintaining a safe and stable environment.
