After yesterday’s meeting in OHR, the High Representative to BiH Valentin Inzko welcomed the announcement of the FBiH President Živko Budimir and the two Vice-Presidents Mirsad Kebo and Svetozar Pudarić that on next Tuesday they would announce the name of a joint candidate for the vacancy in the FBIH Constitutional Court.
“This appointment is an important step towards ensuring the capacity of the FBiH Constitutional Court to fill its constitutional responsibilities’’ said Inzko.
The High Representative expects that the next step of the BiH authorities would be to establish the full capacity of the FBiH Constitutional Court, announced OHR.
