The Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina Borjana Kristo and the Deputy Speaker Denis Zvizdic met today with the Saudi Minister of Islamic Affairs Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al-Sheikh.

According to the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina, emphasizing that Saudi Arabia has a special love and respect for friendly Bosnia and Herzegovina, Minister Al-Sheikh said that his country wishes all peoples and citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina stability, prosperity and progress.

According to Al-Sheikh, Saudi Arabia treats everyone in Bosnia and Herzegovina equally and has never distinguished between different ethnic groups and religions in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Al Sheikh especially emphasized that the assistance that Saudi Arabia provides to countries around the world, as they stated, is always unconditional, and that the policy of that country is never to interfere in the internal affairs of other countries.

Expressing a warm welcome, members of the House of Representatives thanked for the significant assistance and support provided by Saudi Arabia to Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially during the coronavirus pandemic.

Bosnian delegation emphasized that the friendly relations between the two countries open space for the improvement of relations in the field of economy, investment and tourism. In this regard, they called on Saudi investors to invest more in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
