super_gradjaniThe mission of the OSCE in B&H and the office of the USAID organized a two days lasting seminar entitled “Media and citizens preventing hatred and promoting reconciliation and stability” – #NOtoHatred which was held on December 4th and 5th.

This seminar aimed to improve the cooperation between the media and the citizens in promoting positive values and preventing incidents motivated by prejudices. The seminar enabled for the representatives of the media in B&H and the citizens involved in projects “Supercitizens”, PRO-future and those of the campaign against hatred speech on the internet to meet for the first time.

Panel discussions about the influence of the online media on building trust between citizens and about positive media campaigns moderated by Nerzuk Ćurak and Goran Milić were held.

More than 50 representatives of the local coalitions against hatred, of the project PRO-future, campaigns against hatred speech on the internet, media, NGOs and international organizations in B&H participated at this event.
