Minister of security of BiH Fahrudin Radončić talked with the union members of Border police of BIH, State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and with Directorate for Coordination of Police Forces about the persistent problems of police forces.

Failure to pay overtime, breach of the collective agreement, low wages that did not increase for years but only further reduced, and non-acceptance of unions as social partners in the negotiations are just some of the problems the unionists familiarised the Minister of Security.

Minister of Security of BiH informed the trade unionists that the Council of Ministers of BiH has approved the construction of base for SIPA. Radončić added that the members of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Forces will move out of the building which is in poor shape.

Radončić said that the Ministry of Security of BIH will ,within the legal and financial possibility of the budget of BiH, try to improve the financial and employment status of police officers.
