The star of mega-popular series, Icelander Hafthor Bjornsson, known for his role as “The Mountain” in the series “Game of Thrones”, is coming soon in BiH.
The reason for his visit to our country is not the recording of series or film, but the competition of the world “Strongman Champions League”, which will be held for the second time in BiH on the 13th of May.
“It is true that the Mountain is coming to competition in BiH, but together with him are coming the rest of the best competitors of Strongman Champions League such as Krzysztof Radzikowski (Poland), Dainis Zegeris (Latvia), Matjaz Belsak (Slovenia), Jean Francois Caron (Canada), Martin Wildauer (Austria) … The fact that this big event will be held in our country for the second time is a great recognition for Adin’s and my work in recent years,” says Jasmin Hajdarevic.
Our Adin Arnaut will have the opportunity to have the duel with Icelandic tough guy.
“Strongman Champions League” is a worldwide sports competition program whose primary goal is to explore the physical limits of the human body in terms of strength and endurance. “The strongest” people from all around the world are demonstrating that proper exercise can “move mountains”, and that a man can lift a load of 500 kilograms, pull a truck of 20 tons etc…
Shows are recorded in 15 to 20 countries during the year, on different continents. This program is broadcasted in nearly one hundred countries all around the world. Viewership of one show, at a worldwide level, is about 220 million, and the annual number of viewers of this competition reached two billion.
