New Investments in Technological Business Park in Banja Luka

Banja-LukaThe Company Messer plans to build their own facility in the technological business park in Banja Luka, confirmed Maja Softić, the Assistant Director.

Messer, which is one of the biggest industrial producers in the world, is opening a branch in Banja Luka, distribution center and gas station. Softić said that they are currently in the process of buying land and are looking for the appropriate location. She cannot confirm yet when the construction will begin, but is certain that Messer will create new jobs and contribute to the development of this region.

Also, the total value of this investment is not known. The technological partk has huge potential for investment and intent of Banja Luka, as owner, to put this industrial zone into function for the development of small and medium businesses, as well as services and production capacities. The feasibility study expects around 6.000 new jobs and the opening of 200 companies.

According to the Council of Foreign Investors BiH, another novelty from Messer is that in June this company will celebrate 15 years of its existence in BIH, and during this time 100 million KM have been invested in BiH.
