Nova BH TV Channel to be launched soon

Bosnia and Herzegovina has a new national commercial TV channel called Nova BH. It will take the place of Pink BH, which was purchased earlier this year (together with Croatia’s Nova TV and Montenegro’s Pink M) by regional telecom and broadcasting group United Group.

It is expected that Pink M in Montenegro will soon also be renamed to Nova M.

The schedule of Nova BH will consist of entertainment programmes, TV series and movies, as well as sports. The channel has secured the exclusive rights for the qualifying matches of the national football team in the Nations League and for the 2022 World Cup, as well as UEFA Champions League games.

United Group is owned by UK-based investment fund BC Partners and, besides Nova BH in Bosnia and Herzegovina, owns several TV channels in the Balkans including N1, Sport Klub, Grand and Ultra.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, United Group also owns cable TV operator Telemach.
