Numerous Citizens welcomed Amel Tuka at the Sarajevo Airport

amel tukaThe best BH athlete and winner of the bronze medal at the World Championship in Bijing, Amel Tuka, was welcomed with ovations and applause at the International Airport Sarajevo.

Tuka was welcomed by the group of citizens and fans, but also a large number of youth who asked for his autograph or photograph.

Tuka greeted all with a smile, especially his family who always welcome him and celebrate his success.
After the press conference at the Airport, Tuka went to Zenica where the welcome ceremony was organized at the stadium Kamberovica polje and started at 8.30 p.m.

As a reminder, Tuka achieved the historical success in Beijing by winning the first bronze medal in the race on 800 meters with a time of 1:46:30.
