There is a request to the FB&H and B&H Prosecutor’s Office for the priority processing of all cases that are related to criminal privatization, economic crime and corruption, said in conclusions that the FB&H House of Peoples adopted at an extraordinary session dedicated to the security situation in the entity, and earlier supported by the House of Representatives.

The FB&H Ministry of Interior should conduct an analysis of the functioning of police structures and establish the accountability of the leaders due to their failure to enforce the law during the recent protests in the FB&H, one of the six conclusions that was adopted by the House of Peoples of the FB&H.

The FB&H Ministry of Interior is responsible to propose an efficient mechanism that would clearly define authority and responsibility, said in the six conclusions that the House of Peoples of the FB&H adopted at a session dedicated to the security situation in the entity, and earlier supported by the House of Representatives.

Providing constitutional right to a peaceful protest, as well as the functioning of all institutions and public services, including the smooth flow of traffic, is the second conclusion that both houses of the FB&H Parliament voted on.
