Member of the BiH Delegation in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Saša Magazinović met with the member of the Turkish Delegation and until recently the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Mevlut Cavusoglu in Strasbourg.

They paid special attention to the recent political developments in BiH, with an emphasis on the reconstruction of the FBiH.

In this regard, it was announced that it is necessary to respect basic democratic principles and the will of the parliamentary majority, and to finish this process as soon as possible.

A significant part of the discussion was devoted to economic issues.

Magazinović welcomed the presence of Turkish companies and investors in BiH, pointing it out as a positive example of intensive activity on the construction of the Vc Corridor, in which the Turkish company, “Čengiz Insaat” is engaged and hired a large number of construction companies in BiH.

It was announced that investors in the real sector and the creation of new jobs was very important for the country.

With this in mind, Cavusoglu stressed his readiness to help connect Turkish and BiH businesspeople in the near future, and to promote BiH as a state in which to invest.
