Mustafa_NadarevicBosnian actor Mustafa Nadarević received in the Pula Arena, right before the first film was shown, the prize “Fabijan Šovagović” traditionally awarded by the Croatian Association of movie directors. The ceremony was accompanied by a six minute projection of a documentary about Nadarević by Miroslav Sikavica.

The “Fabijan Šovagović” prize is one of the most prestigious prizes awarded to an actor or an actress whose work left a big trace in the history of Croatian film. The prize was established by the Croatian Association of movie directors in memory of the great Croatian actor Fabijan Šovagović.

Nadarević stated that he is very pleased by this prize because, as he said, “it is a prize awarded by people who give roles and direct our lives as actors.”

“I am grateful to the people who awarded me but also to those who used to choose my roles for which I am now receiving this prize.” – said Nadarević.
