In January of this year, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s food industry Klas Sarajevo has exported over 28 tons of dough. In that way, it has achieved the best result since 1995 when Klas began with the industrial production of this unavoidable ingredient of Bosnian cuisine. The largest export of the dough is achieved in the markets of Switzerland, Austria and Germany, announced the news agency Patria.
“Dough is one of our best-selling products in foreign markets. Klas exports pasteurized dough in the countries of the region, the European Union and the United States. The last month we exported nearly 60 000 pieces of dough. We have special technology and knowledge that have enabled us high standards of quality and safety of food. Later on, Klas dough enetered into many of the world trade networks. Our dough is available in chains stores, such as the German Real, Austrian Billa and Merkur, the Swiss Otto’s, then on the Amazon.com, Globalimportexp.com, Parthenonfoods.com, Balkanbuy.com, etc… “, said on this occasion Muamer Valjevčić, the export Manager of the company Klas d.d Sarajevo.
