FočaThe Ambassador of Romani to BiH Filip Teodoresku visited municipality Foča, where he spoke with the Mayor of the municipality Radisav Mašić.

They defined the directions of cooperation and ways of its realization at the meeting. Hydropower potential, agriculture and higher education are the fields in which there would be joint cooperation.

“During the discussion with the Mayor of Foča we found that there are interesting topics of which we could speak and form mutual cooperation. Above all, we stressed that we have to cooperation on economic issues, and I am pleased that we managed to agree with the Mayor to have one meeting with business people from Foča so that we could discuss future cooperation and ways in which Foča could improve. I think that the most important question that we could speak about is the economy, which holds the most promises. We spoke of cooperation regarding health, student exchange, and cooperation regarding the educational system’’, said Teodoresku.

Mayor Mašić announced the organization of a roundtable where there will be a discussion between representatives from Romania and local businesspeople, and a concrete agreement for a roundtable should be known for around 15 days.
