Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived in Skopje today for the Council of Ministers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), said the spokeswoman for Russian diplomacy, Maria Zakharova.
“Sergei Lavrov has arrived in Macedonia to participate in the OSCE ministerial meeting. Despite the intrigues of the enemy, we are in Skopje,” Zakharova wrote on Telegram.
76 delegations from 57 member states and partner states are expected at the Council of Ministers of the OSCE, the largest political and diplomatic event held in North Macedonia since independence.
