The Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in BIH will organize in Sarajevo today the annual assembly of the Helsinki Committee in BiH, where they are expected to elect a new leadership committee.
On the agenda is the selection of the working bodies of the Assembly, election of a new presidency and the election of the commission for election authorities of the BiH Helsinki Committee. Afterwards, they would elect the new president of the Helsinki Committee and members of the Steering and Supervisory Board.
At the session they are expected to speak of the human rights situation in BIH and activism of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in BiH, and a working and financial plan of the Committee for 2013.
With this point of the agenda amendments to the Statute of the BiH Helsinki Committee have been proposed.
