Study Trip of BiH Officials to Norway

OSLO 1The Nansen Dialogue Center (NDC) Sarajevo is organizing from 21-26 May a study trip to Norway for a group of representatives of entity, cantonal and local governments in order to establish institutional cooperation between BiH and Norway.

In the group will be the FBiH Minister of Education and Science Damir Mašić, Minister of Education and Culture of the RS Goran Mutabdžija, Minister of Education of Sarajevo Canton Damir Marjanović, Mayor of Jajce Edin Hozan, Chairman of the OV of Jajce Branko Bungić, President of the SO Zvornik Nedim Čivić, Deputy Mayor of Srebrenica Biljana Rakić, Mayor of Bratunac Nedeljko Mlađenović and Deputy Mayor of Sarajevo Aljoša Čampara.

During their stay in Norway, the group will visit two cities: Lillehammer and Oslo.

The visit includes meetings with representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway, Ministry of Education of Norway, Ambassador of BiH to Norway, Mayor of Lillehammer, representatives of the European Wergeland Center, and visits to the Parliament of Norway and several primary and secondary schools in Lillehammer.

A meeting is also scheduled with representatives of the Olympic Committee of Norway, and a visit to the Nobel Peace Institute in Oslo.

The work of the Nansen Dialogue Center is financially supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway.
