A suspected child trafficker was brought to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Brčko District of BiH for questioning on suspicion that she kept 31 children in her home.
She was brought to the questioning accompanied by two police officers.
In the Brčko District of BiH, in the settlement of Ivica, 31 children were found two days ago, ranging from babies to 12 years old.
Spokesperson for the Brčko District Police of BiH, Dževida Hukičević, stated that eight people have been deprived of their liberty as part of the activities so far, and that international cooperation with EUROPOL has been established.
