Today the official work of Blok 6 (215 MW of power) will begin in the Tuzla power plant.

This revitalization project is worth 125 million KM and is financed by “JP Elektroprivreda BiH”.

The General Director of JP EPBiH will present the results of the company in 2012 and the business plan for 2013 at the official ceremony in Tuzla.

There will also be presentations of results of operations, and FBIH Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić and the FBiH Minister of Energy and Mining Industry Erdal Trhulj will attend.

With the revitalization of Blok 6 TE “Tuzla”, the life span of this Blok is extended for an additional 15 years. The operational readiness is improved, an increased level of useful activity and reduced pollutant emissions.

The annual electricity production of Blok 6 is 1.100 GWh, which will allow a reliable and quality supply of electricity customers of “Elektroprivreda BiH”, and increase the delivery of coal mines.
