jobfairAssociation of students of Electrical Engineering Europe EESTEC LC will organize the eighth job fair for students and graduates of technical and technology faculties and economy “JobFair’16 – Take Your Chance,” on the 7th and 8th of November this year.

Organizers of the fair proved once again that there are young people in BiH who are not waiting for opportunities, but creating them for themselves!

The main aim of JobFair is making a direct contact between students and employers. During the two days of the fair, visitors will have the opportunity to talk with company representatives, get information on what employers expect from them and what skills are desirable for their profession. Based on the information acquired, students and graduates can continue to work on improving their personal profiles.

This project offers many benefits, one of which is the possibility of leaving your CV in database, to which participating companies have access throughout the year. Visitors who left their CV’s in one of the previous JobFair’s, have the opportunity to update and add newly acquired skills. There is around 3000 biographies in CV database at the moment.

Besides the exhibition character, JobFair also has additional activities in the form of presentations, workshops and OST’s. Open Space Technology (OST) is the concept of interactive workshops with the aim to access a particular topic from a number of aspects and try to get clear conclusion regarding the same.

This concept allows students and representatives of the companies to act together to solve interesting problems, which are current in the world of business and that companies are facing with every day. This is a unique and ideal way for companies to present their way of performance to students and get them introduced with the technologies they use. On the other hand, students have the opportunity to contribute to creative problem solving and talk directly with company representatives.
